Alibond tm is a composite panel made from two sheets of 0.5mm aluminum skin on both sides, sandwiched by `polyethylene` core. Coated with kynar 500 pvdf coating form u. S. A. Alibondtm provides an excellent weather ability characteristic. The external surface paint is a carbon fluoride linkage, which is the strongest chemical bond. Layer of virgin white polyethylene core between two aluminum sheets provide strength resistance to various environment stresses.
