APPLICATION

The winches of EKO-D15/S, EKO-D15/SN, EKO-D30/S and EKO-D30/SN types are designer for operation at underground miting plants at non-methane and methane panels.
The winches are intended for:
- mechanization of Works connected with horizontal short-distance transport at workings inclined up to 45°,
- rope haulage systems In cars, platforms or along the floor,
- driving systems of overhauling machines or cable-ways after equipping with paraboli ring.

The greatest operating advantage of the winch is its very smooth start-up and possiblity of variable instantaneous Speer regulation at starting from zero to maximum.

CONSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

The Basic components of the winch are the transmission gear with drum, drum brake, coupling brake, casing with the rope guiding roll and layer.
The winches are equipped with an automatic winch kraking system type USHK controlling the brake lever. USHK causes the drum brake shoes camping in case of electric power decay.
The winches are manufactured in the S-version with the manual pomp of the USHK system and in the SN-version with own driving system supplying the USHK and hydraulic rope layer.
The butli-in brake shoe wear sensor allows for operation in an endless rope system (with a parabolic ring). The winch equipped with the paraboli ring does not Reed any rope layer.
The winches are manufactured as right or left depending on the operator stand situation.The Basic version is the left system.
