The system supports the processes of planning, carrying out and control of issuing the working and protective cloths as well as means of hygiene. It enables an automatic ration issue according to the position held by an employee and an expiry date. The automation of ration issuing process is sup-ported on so called tables of ration and position groups. They reflect existing norms of issuing protec-tive means in a company. The system cooperates with personal files of staff created in the Personnel Management/Payrol module. It generates issue documents concerning working cloths for Material Management module. The gathered data allows to generate various reports about issued products, list of demands, issued orders for working cloth, etc.
